Q: What is the suggested resolution for images to create Photo Resist Masks for halftones?
A: All files sent for Halftone production must be at least 300dpi at 100% final size. In other words, the size your project will be when it's finished. Any files that DO NOT meet this requirement may be sent back to the client with a request for new electronic artwork and the current job will NOT be produced at that time.
Q: Can ProfessionalMASK scan my prints for halftone production?
A: Yes, we can scan your prints. Final size will determine price.
Q: What is our standard turn-time to produce Photo Resist Masks?
A: Our standard turn-time is 3-5 business days after we receive artwork and it is approved. Large quantity jobs will require more time and may vary on our workload.
Q: When do I pay for my job?
A: All jobs must be pre-paid with a company check or credit card. Call us at 972-247-6211 and speak with Darin or Oscar.
